Ingredients:
- 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Set your oven to 475F 245C before you start cooking
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the thickness you want
Place the dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet after it has been rolled out
Don't cover the dough with pizza sauce all the way to the edges; leave a little space for the crust
Add the shreds of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce
Put the chopped artichoke hearts, fresh spinach leaves, sliced black olives, and red onion on top of the cheese in an even layer
Break up the feta cheese and sprinkle it on top
Use black pepper, salt, dried oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes if you want to to season the pizza
Put the olive oil on top of the pizza
Place the pizza in an oven that has already been heated up
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned
Take the pizza out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before cutting it
