Decadent Vegan Chocolate Chia Pudding with Coconut Cream Topping



If you want to treat yourself, try this rich and creamy vegan chocolate chia pudding with coconut cream on top. You can eat it without feeling bad, and it will satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

Instructions:

Pour almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into a bowl

Mix the chia seeds well

The mixture should be put in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight so that it can thicken

Put powdered sugar, coconut extract, and coconut cream in a different bowl

Whip them together until stiff peaks form

Put chocolate chia pudding into bowls to serve, and then add coconut cream on top of it

If you want, you can add grated chocolate or shredded coconut as a garnish
